Each month, someone from our beverage team crafts a new cocktail to feature on our menu, with a portion of the proceeds going to a local cause of their choice. This cocktail was crafted with the wolves in mind, choosing a watermelon-forward flavor because the wolves at Wolf Hollow are especially fond of eating watermelon, and using Montelobos Mezcal because they share in this mission by partnering with the Wolf Conservation Center

Wolf Hollow, aka the North American Wolf Foundation, is a non-profit wolf sanctuary and educational facility founded in 1988 with the mission of preserving the wolf in the wild through education, awareness and advocacy. Guests can visit Wolf Hollow in Ipswich, MA to watch and learn about wolves, highlighting their importance to their ecosystems and raising awareness about the threats they face as a species.
Currently home to a pack of 8 wolves, Wolf Hollow is proudly staffed primarily by volunteers and supported solely by donations, memberships , and proceeds from admission and gift shop sales.
Your support from purchases of our Cocktail For A Cause goes directly to the care of these ambassador wolves and the programming that Wolf Hollow puts on to educate and preserve.
